ARIVA EasyLink provides convenient access to regulatory sales documents which have become necessary when advising on and selling financial instruments, due to the product information sheet and PRIIP regulations amongst other things.

Our services
PRIIP KIDs / supplement sheets
Linking of PRIIP KIDs of the largest issuers on the German market. Once provided by the respective issuers, Beiblätter and delta documents will also be available.
Funds documents
Availability of various funds documents (UCITS KIIDs, sales prospectuses, statements of accounts and semi-annual reports of all relevant fund companies in the German market).
Product information sheets (as per the German Securities Trading Act [WpHG])
Integration by ARIVA in line with legal provisions as per the WpHG and the WpDVerOV, as well as the requirements of the product information sheets produced for shares for the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and bonds requiring a product information sheet.
